How End Users Opt In
End users opt in to receive SMS messages from Style by ServiceWulf (operated by MariMack LLC) by visiting https://www.servicewulf.com and clicking the "Get the App" button visible in the header of every page. This takes them to https://www.servicewulf.com/request.html where they complete a signup form (full name, business name, business address, phone number, email) and explicitly check an unchecked SMS consent checkbox located directly above the submit button. Consent is not pre-checked and is not a condition of purchase.
Exact Disclosure Shown to Users
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked as bold clickable links directly next to the consent checkbox. The same links, plus HELP and Opt-Out, are also accessible from the SMS Policy dropdown in the header of every page.
