Who We Are

ServiceWulf is a business management platform operated by MariMack LLC ("we," "us," "our"). ServiceWulf provides scheduling, messaging, payment processing, and customer management tools to independent service professionals ("Contractors"). This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from both Contractors who use our platform and end-user customers ("Customers") who interact with Contractors through ServiceWulf-powered tools such as booking pages, SMS messaging, and payment links.

Information We Collect

From Contractors (app users): Name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, service area, services offered and pricing, profile and portfolio photos, payment information (processed by Stripe), and device information for push notifications.

From Customers (end users): Name, phone number, email address (if provided), service address (if provided), appointment details (date, time, service selected), payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and SMS message content related to appointment scheduling.

Automatically collected: Device type, IP address, browser type, and usage analytics for improving the platform. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for this purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and operate the ServiceWulf platform, including scheduling appointments and sending booking confirmations, sending SMS appointment reminders (24-hour and 1-hour), processing payments through Stripe, enabling AI-powered SMS responses to customer inquiries, forwarding calls to the appropriate Contractor, generating Contractor websites and booking pages, and sending payment receipts and invoices.

We do not use your information for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or share it for marketing purposes.

SMS Messaging

ServiceWulf sends text messages on behalf of Contractors to their Customers for appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to customer inquiries (AI-assisted), booking links, payment receipts and invoice links, and missed call follow-ups.

Consent: Customers consent to receive SMS messages by booking an appointment online (checkbox consent at time of booking), calling the Contractor's business number, or texting the Contractor's business number.

Opt-out: Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message.

Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opting out of messages does not affect your ability to receive services.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Firebase (Google) — data storage, hosting, authentication, analytics. Stripe — payment processing. Telnyx — phone number provisioning, SMS messaging, and voice calls. Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-powered SMS assistant responses. ElevenLabs — voice greeting generation. Deepgram — voice transcription. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Data Retention

We retain Contractor account data for as long as the account is active. Customer data (appointment records, messages) is retained for up to 24 months for business continuity purposes. Contractors may request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. Customers may request deletion of their data by contacting the Contractor or by emailing us directly.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of SMS messaging at any time, and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@servicewulf.com.

Children's Privacy

ServiceWulf is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
